Appointed as CEO in 2026, Katherine has been a part of Creating Hope since the beginning, as our original centre manager, then as a trustee.
Katherine brings a wealth of experience, from social care, charity and missional work. She carries the heart of our mission and is strategically developing relationships, partnerships and our services to meet the ever changing needs of our boroughs.
Rona Forzani - Debt Team Lead
Rona has ten years experience with Creating Hope, serving in different roles, now in her absolute sweet-spot and heart, in leading our debt services.
Rona has continued to build our debt service offering as well as core volunteer base, and has a heart for the poor and the marginalised.
